Returns and Exchanges:

We are unable to accept exchanges for our products. However, we will do our best to rectify any issue with an imperfect product or damaged package.  Please contact us within 5 days of receipt if you experience a problem.


Our products are sent via USPS priority; shipping time is typically 2 to 4 days. Please note that this shipping time is set by the postal service and is not a guarantee. If you need expedited or insured shipping, we can do this for an additional charge.

We only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure you receive your caramels at their freshest.

If you are sending caramels to a warm climate, you may want to consider having us ship them in an insulated package, available for an additional cost.

Shelf Life:

Our caramels are freshest if eaten within two weeks of receiving them; however, you can prolong their life by leaving them in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
